We’re in the middle of moving Gold to it’s own section on the portal. Unit 1 has already moved.

Leadership of an Arts Project with a Public Showing

Here is what you have to do:

  • Unit 2 Part A - Plan your Arts Project

    Plan an Arts Project and create a project plan to include:

    • Your thoughts on what makes a good leader

    • A description of your role in your Arts Project and what leadership skills you want to develop

    • A description of your Arts Project, and what Aims and Outcomes you want

    • How you will monitor your progress and get feedback from other people

  • Unit 2 Part B - Organise people and resources

    Continue planning your arts project and think about things like:

    • Timescales

    • How you will promote and deliver the project

    • How you will publicly show or share your project (See part D)

    • Risk assessments and health and safety

    • How you will evaluate your leadership development

  • Unit 2 Part C - Manage the Project

    • Deliver your project

    • Reflect on how you are developing your leadership skills

    • Reflect on how the project is going compared to your plan

    • Collect feedback from others about the project and your leadership skills

  • Unit 2 Part D - Manage a Public Showing of your Arts Leadership Project

    • Arrange a public showing or sharing event of your project

    • Details of how you have organised your public showing or sharing event

    • Reflect on how you are developing and applying your chosen leadership skills whilst managing your public showing / sharing

    • Get feedback from audience members

  • Unit 2 Part E - Report and Review

    Report and review on:

    • How your leadership skills have developed

    • How the project has developed your knowledge

    • Achievements, successes and challenges

    • What you have learnt

    • What you would do differently in future
