Leadership of an Arts Project with a Public Showing
Here is what you have to do:

Unit 2 Part A - Plan your Arts Project
Plan an Arts Project and create a project plan to include:
• Your thoughts on what makes a good leader
• A description of your role in your Arts Project and what leadership skills you want to develop
• A description of your Arts Project, and what Aims and Outcomes you want
• How you will monitor your progress and get feedback from other people

Unit 2 Part B - Organise people and resources
Continue planning your arts project and think about things like:
• Timescales
• How you will promote and deliver the project
• How you will publicly show or share your project (See part D)
• Risk assessments and health and safety
• How you will evaluate your leadership development

Unit 2 Part C - Manage the Project
• Deliver your project
• Reflect on how you are developing your leadership skills
• Reflect on how the project is going compared to your plan
• Collect feedback from others about the project and your leadership skills

Unit 2 Part D - Manage a Public Showing of your Arts Leadership Project
• Arrange a public showing or sharing event of your project
• Details of how you have organised your public showing or sharing event
• Reflect on how you are developing and applying your chosen leadership skills whilst managing your public showing / sharing
• Get feedback from audience members

Unit 2 Part E - Report and Review
Report and review on:
• How your leadership skills have developed
• How the project has developed your knowledge
• Achievements, successes and challenges
• What you have learnt
• What you would do differently in future

When you’ve finished each part of your Arts Award, simply upload your completed work using the link at the bottom of each Unit part.
Once everything is completed and uploaded, complete the form below to arrange your moderation. This is the final step to celebrate all your hard work! Please note that moderation is a separate cost, and payment can be made directly to our bank details (we’ll share these with you when you book).
Remember Gold Arts Award has 2 Units. Don’t forget to also do the work in Unit 1 before completing this form
